1. Courier Partner
All our orders are shipped through India Post – Speed Post, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across India, including remote locations.

2. Delivery Time

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Customised Orders: Accepted via WhatsApp only. Delivery may take 5–20 days, based on design complexity and material availability.
• General Timeline: All orders are typically delivered within 5–10 days.

3. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped at the earliest.
You will receive tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
Note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing your order.

5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory to request a replacement.
Requests without a clear video will not be eligible for replacement or claims.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to postal service issues or unforeseen circumstances.
