Refund & Exchange Policy – Lottiebee

At Lottiebee, we take pride in offering a wide range of products including handmade jewelry, men’s jewelry, keychains, anime showpieces, minimal jewelry, and gifting options. Each piece is carefully crafted, and in some cases, real flowers are preserved in resin. As every flower and handmade creation is unique, slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur compared to product images. This is a natural characteristic of handmade items and not considered a defect.

We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds or returns for any products.

Replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

An incorrect or mismatched product was delivered.

An item from the order is missing.

The product was damaged during delivery.

Mandatory Condition for Replacement:

Customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video, starting from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

Requests without such video proof will not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Eligibility:

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than those listed above.

Products purchased during sales or discounts are not eligible for replacement unless damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered.

Procedure for Replacement:

Customers are required to send the unboxing video along with order details (order number, product name, and description of the issue) to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Once verified and approved, a replacement of the correct product will be arranged.
